Moreover lack of essential fatty acids in the body is also one of the reasons of cellulite formation. Just increase your intake of essential fatty acids before you start any exercise program to lose cellulite. While reducing the intake of junk food make sure you eat enough fresh fruits and raw vegetables. Reducing fat is more a matter of healthy eating habits than relying on quick fat loss formulas.
